United Nations’s new magnificent anthem for the women of India and their empowering journey is widely being appreciated. The ode that calls out to every young Indian woman to never give up and stand on their feet is now winning hearts across the nation.

The voice-over of this ‘Mujhe Haq he’  that was launched last week was done by actor and activist Gul Panag. While the amazing song is composed by distinguished music composer, singer and songwriter, Arko Pravo Mukherjee. The song is sung by exceptional playback singer Neeti Mohan.

The video features women achievers from across the country, like renowned singer Asha Bhosle, actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Waheeda Rehman, Queen of track and field PT Usha, tennis champion Sania Mirza, cricketer Mithali Raj, wrestler Geeta Phogat, Paralympic champion Deepa Mallik and transgender activist Gauri Sawant.

This new video campaign is aimed at every Indian woman and carries the powerful message that they should never give up. It also reaches out them to live life according to their own terms and make their own choices.

“I am happy to be associated with this cause, considering it is for women empowerment and for women rights across the world which is a highly relevant and pressing issue,” Arko told The New Indian Express, as per the report in The Better India.
